Orders can be picked up from our Warehouse from

Monday – Friday:  10am – 5pm

An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is available for Auckland Area. Please contact us for the delivery, we will arrange the delivery for you.

OUTSIDE AUCKLAND DELIVERY

We use the Strait NZ Freight Forwarding Service for outside Auckland Delivery, please confirm us the delivery and let us know your address and details. Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 Working days.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

We Use standard shipping rate for the local with in Auckland area and for outside we follow the quote form the third party.

RETURN POLICY:

We accept the return with in 15 days of purchase if the product is reusable and resaleable as its on the original packaging. After 15 days we will force to charge 20% restocking fee.

If you are not dropping product in our warehouse, you must arrange your own freight for the return or you may contact us for the discounted freight from our third party.

We recommend you to check the product when pick up and delivered and sign the pickup docket.
